Chocolate Guru Lee Scott Theisen PhD is scheduled to return to the LA Chocolate Salon, on October 1st.
Lee is a longtime favorite of chocolate salon attendees. His participation this year coincides with new professional developments.
As he says, “I will be teaching my course on the history, science and economics of chocolate for UCLA this fall and winter. It is in The Osher Life Long Learning Institute.”
